This pizza has become one of my favorites! Portabellos, sun dried tomatoes, roasted peppers, onion and pineapple, a winning combination! I find hand stretching your dough is a great stress reliever. Make sure to lightly oil the dough before adding the toppings. This will ensure you do not end up with a soggy crust.
